We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a solid background in Service Now and Automation Anywhere to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 7 -10 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective automation strategies. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Automation Anywhere. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Continuously enhance the automation framework and tools to improve testing efficiency. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. Document test cases, test results,
and defects in a clear and concise manner. Provide training and support to team members on automation best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in QA automation and contribute to process improvements. Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere is a must. Proficient in developing and executing automated test scripts. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with other automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience in performance testing and security testing. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on Automation Anywhere. Relevant certifications in QA or automation testing are a plus.
