Twilio is seeking a Counsel, Commercial to support the Go-to-Market Sales team in APJ from a remote base in Sydney. You will partner with enterprise sales, manage end-to-end negotiations of complex enterprise deals, and provide pragmatic, business-minded legal advice across the organization. You will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, PSDAs and NDAs, while ensuring compliance with Twilio's policies and local laws.
