The position has a key leadership role in the pastoral oversight, well-being and vocational development of ministry agents, and in supporting healthy relationships between ministers and their congregations within the presbytery. The scope of its work includes being available to ministry agents who need counsel related to their pastoral responsibilities, well-being in ministry, supervision, and ministry development.
