Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.

2. Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services.

3. Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.

4. Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.

5. Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.## Are you a MATCH?1. College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.

2. 7+ years of experience in general office practice

3. Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician
