Yarra Valley Grammar is seeking a Head of People and Culture to lead a values-driven HR function across multiple regional sites. The role will implement the People Strategy, optimise HRIS usage, and drive ER, IR and compliance while partnering with leaders and the board.
You will oversee workforce planning, leadership development, OD and L&D;, and align processes with the 2027 enterprise agreement. The role involves regular travel across regional Victoria and Melbourne’s outer east.
