You will be the first point of contact for homeowners who have shown interest in going solar. Your job is simple: Call warm leads from our marketing campaigns (no door knocking) Ask a few key questions to understand their situation Book qualified appointments for our in‑home sales team Hit daily / weekly targets and get paid very well for doing it You’ll be working from our

Previous experience in

call centre / sales / appointment setting

(solar highly regarded but not required) Clear, confident phone manner and strong English Competitive and target-driven – you like seeing your name at the top of the board Coachable: you’re happy to roleplay, get feedback, and improve every week Reliable: you show up on time, every time, and do what you said you’d do
