About the role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful sale and leasing of commercial properties while delivering exceptional service to vendors, property owners, buyers and tenants. You will work closely with an experienced team, contributing to department goals while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect for and secure new commercial sales and leasing opportunities

List and market commercial properties for sale and lease

Manage sales and leasing campaigns from commencement through to completion





Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, buyers and tenants

Respond promptly to telephone, email and online enquiries

Prepare sales proposals, leasing submissions and marketing recommendations

Maintain accurate records and activity through Box + Dice CRM

Develop and maintain a database of active buyers, tenants and property owners

Monitor and manage weekly task lists and prospecting activities

Gather and maintain sales and leasing evidence and market intelligence

Work collaboratively with the broader commercial team to achieve department objectives

Consistently deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism

About you To be successful in this position, you will have:

Real Estate Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate

Current Victorian Driver's Licence

Reliable, well-presented motor vehicle suitable for business use

Current Police Check (or ability to obtain one)

Previous experience in residential or commercial property sales and/or leasing

Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Strong administration and organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail

A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach

High levels of professionalism and personal presentation

Strong problem-solving skills and initiative

The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment

A genuine passion for customer service and achieving outstanding outcomes for clients
