4WD Supacentre is seeking an AI Engineer – Conversational to design, build and deploy AI-powered chat and voice solutions across our ecommerce and contact centre platforms. You will lead hands-on development within a fast-moving tech team, delivering scalable customer experiences.

The role requires deep expertise in conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and integrations with CRM systems such as Salesforce. A robust background in retail/ecommerce in Australia is essential.
