Your Role as Care Worker You’ll deliver this role by:

Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals

Support clients with domestic tasks , including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep

Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping

Follow clients’ care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager

Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

Weekend availability is a must. Our clients need consistent support across weekends,



so we're looking for team members who can reliably work weekend shifts.

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

Must hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

Relevant probity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy
