Sam Riley Swim School is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the swim school, manage 10–15 staff, and drive a positive team culture. You’ll lead program delivery, ensure safety, and maintain a high standard of customer service in a lively learning setting.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years in management, Blue Card, and current First Aid/CPR. Swim Australia/AUSTSWIM credentials are preferred or to be obtained.
