About the Position Wests Mayfield currently has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Texas Bar-B-Q Grill, our vibrant Texan-inspired restaurant.

We're looking for a customer-focused team member who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences and delivering friendly, efficient service. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help create the welcoming atmosphere that Texas Bar-B-Q Grill is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Take food and beverage orders and answer menu-related questions

Prepare and serve beverages

Deliver food to tables efficiently and accurately

Operate tills and handle cash transactions

Clear tables and assist with cleaning duties

About You You bring previous food and beverage or bar experience and a genuine passion for hospitality. You enjoy working with people, thrive in busy environments and take pride in delivering exceptional service to every guest.

You will also:

Have a positive, team-focused attitude





Enjoy working in a high-volume hospitality environment

Be available to work Friday nights and weekends

Have reasonable availability Monday to Thursday

Hold a current RSA

As part of our recruitment process, you'll be required to complete standard probity checks, including right-to-work verification, a Criminal History Check and reference checks. These checks will be facilitated and funded by The Wests Group.
