A genuine passion for fresh, quality food The ability to stay calm, organised and efficient under pressure Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and kitchen operations Excellent time management and the ability to work well as part of a team A positive, energetic attitude Availability for early morning starts from 6am and weekend shifts
