We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (3-5 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for a university student with an interest in business, events, or marketing to gain real-world experience in a qualified environment. You’ll take ownership of HAL Bowman's fortnightly events calendar — from planning and logistics through to attendee follow-up — playing a key role in how we engage our client and candidate community. What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating fortnightly networking and business events from concept to completion Managing event logistics including venue, catering, invitations,



and RSVPs Communicating with attendees before and after each event Handling post-event follow-up, including emails, feedback, and CRM updates Supporting the team with any event-related admin and reporting About You

Currently studying a degree in Business, Events Management, Marketing, or a related field Highly organised with strong attention to detail A confident communicator — both written and verbal Self-motivated and able to manage your time across a flexible 10-hour week Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar A genuine interest in people, business, and creating great experiences Why Join Us?
