Capstone Recruitment, Sydney-based with a national remit, is seeking an Associate Director or Director to join its Asset & Portfolio Management team. You will actively manage real estate private credit loans, lead restructures and refinancings, and work with investment, legal and executive teams to protect capital and maximise investor outcomes. You will oversee performance monitoring, risk flags, and commercial negotiations, while developing framework improvements and reporting for committees
