Pace VIC are proud to partner with a well-established, global leader in industrial packaging manufacturing. They are now urgently seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their Laverton North team on a casual basis, starting immediately.
About the role This is a casual position working Monday to Friday, day shift. You will be supporting the logistics team with:
Processing and managing collection tickets and outbound dispatch paperwork
Coordinating customer collections and liaising with transport carriers and drivers
Accurate data entry and maintenance of records within SAP
General logistics and administrative support across the team
Working closely with the wider team to keep goods moving on time and to schedule

About you
Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, warehousing or manufacturing setting
SAP experience highly regarded
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with drivers, carriers and internal teams
Available to start immediatelyAustralian working rights essential
