You will work closely with Data Scientists, Architects, Cyber Security teams and Platform Engineers to establish foundational AI capabilities, drive innovation and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The role requires strong software engineering expertise, deep AI/ML knowledge and the ability to lead technical outcomes within complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and deploy enterprise AI, ML and Generative AI solutions
- Lead the engineering, integration and optimisation of AI platforms and applications
- Build secure, scalable and reusable software solutions for AI workloads

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions
- Robust software engineering background with advanced Python development, automation and API integration expertise
- Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, including model lifecycle management, training, deployment, monitoring and optimisation
- Experience with LLM and Generative AI technologies, including RAG, embeddings, vector databases, Hugging Face and AI agent frameworks
- Strong knowledge of containerisation and platform engineering using Docker, Podman and Kubernetes-based environments
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps/GitOps practices using tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible and Argo CD
- Solid understanding of cloud and AI platf
