Our Construction Administrator keeps every job moving, from contract through to handover. We're busy, so we're adding a part-time assistant to work alongside her and share the load. If you like keeping things organised and watching a home come together, you'll enjoy this one. Key responsibilities

Chase and collate quotes from trades and suppliers Pull together documents for building permits and council applications (report and consent, vehicle crossovers and so on) Order soil tests and surveys, and follow up drawings and engineering Book client appointments such as colour selections, and help coordinate trades Follow up maintenance and defect items with trades after handover Prepare variations and keep the job tracker, Evolve and SharePoint up to date Handle calls and emails from clients, trades,



suppliers and council Assist with house siting assessments and preliminary site reviews Review and interpret floor plans About you

Previous admin experience with a builder (essential) Permit and council experience is a big plus An eye for detail and the habit of following things up without being chased Transparent, friendly communication on the phone and by email About us
