Aula Energy, based in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Assistant Company Secretary to join our Legal and Governance team on a 0.6 FTE basis. The role reports to the General Counsel & Company Secretary and supports governance, statutory compliance and Board operations across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will work closely with senior leaders, Directors and corporate stakeholders to maintain high standards of investor-grade governance across entities, trusts and renewable energy investments,
