The Opportunity

Manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, privately owned businesses, and complex groups

Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted business adviser

Review financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and other compliance work

Provide advice across tax planning, structuring, and broader business matters

Manage workflow and oversee, mentor, and develop accounting staff

Work directly with Partners on complex tax and advisory matters

About You

Experience at Client Manager, Manager or experienced Supervisor level within Australian public practice

5+ years Tax & Business Services experience

Experience managing a portfolio and developing client relationships

Strong review skills and experience mentoring accounting staff

CA or CPA qualified

Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial acumen

Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

Able to work independently within a collaborative remote environment
