Our new, purpose-built showroom in Maroochydore offers a modern, refined and welcoming environment for both our clients and our team.

THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Jewellery & Repairs Sales Assistant with strong attention to detail to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, with Saturday mornings required as needed. You will guide clients through some of the most meaningful purchases of their lives, from an initial engagement ring consultation through to bespoke design, heirloom remodelling and aftercare. In every interaction, you will be a trusted guide: knowledgeable, thoughtful and genuinely invested in helping each client bring their story to life. Our approach is consultative rather than transactional: we want every client to leave feeling informed, confident and excited about their piece.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide exceptional, personalised client service from first enquiry through to collection and beyond

Lead consultations for engagement rings, wedding bands, bespoke commissions and fine jewellery

Translate each client's vision into a clear design brief, working closely with our design and workshop team





Learn and retain in-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and the custom design process, and advise clients with confidence

Manage repairs, remodelling and heirloom redesigns, including quoting, coordination and client follow-up

Maintain accurate and thorough client records

Process sales, deposits and payments accurately, recording client and order details in our systems

Maintain high presentation standards across the showroom, displays and client experience

Handle and secure high-value pieces with care and discretion

Support daily showroom opening and closing routines

Work efficiently and accurately in a detail-focused environment

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in jewellery sales, ideally within a high-end or bespoke jewellery environment

Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and precious metals highly regarded

Warm, articulate communication and the confidence to put clients at ease

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confidence using point-of-sale and client management (CRM) systems, and a willingness to learn current ones

The ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team

Discretion, integrity and genuine care for every client

A genuine passion for jewellery, design and craftsmanship

Availability on Saturdays
