You will work hands-on across prep and service, supporting senior chefs and developing your grill skills in a hot setting. The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, prior kitchen experience, and a positive teamwork attitude to thrive with the Hamilton Island culinary team in the Whitsundays.
