With new project wins across NSW, they're now seeking a Major Project Manager to take the reins on large commercial builds in Sydney. The Role

You'll lead major HVAC projects (typically $10M+) from inception to delivery, managing all facets including: Coordination with builders, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Oversight of site teams and direct labour (if applicable) Driving performance on safety, program, and cost Working closely with engineering and leadership to deliver to the highest standard You'll be backed by a well-established senior leadership team and a national engineering function committed to excellence. Proven experience managing HVAC projects over $10M in Australia, NZ or the UK Excellent understanding of complex project management and experience managing large commercial building projects Strong leadership and communication skills Vastly experienced in managing timelines, budgets, and safety with precision You have a background in mechanical engineering OR you took a trade-based path into project management Experience with direct labour crews is highly regarded You must have full Australian working rights.
