Work with an

award-wing Partner

high-value property transactions and complex leasing matters . Advise clients such as

institutional landlords and developers , from the initial stages of acquisition through to development. Provide clients with comprehensive





guidance and strategic insight

throughout the process, ultimately, delivering

strategic solutions . Be involve in major acquisitions, multi-party fund-through transactions, commercial office leasing, detailed due diligence estate transactions and industrial, logistics and healthcare leasing transactions. The ideal candidate:

Have 1-3 years’ PQE

gained within a mid-tier or top-tier law firm. Havestrong background in transactional property matters and leasing. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal). Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced working workplace.
