About the Role

As a Senior Paraplanner you will:

- Translate adviser strategy into explicit, actionable advice instructions.
- Coordinate SOA preparation, research and paraplanning resources.
- Review technical modelling, calculations and advice for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage workflow, quality and deadlines to minimise adviser rework.
- Coach offshore paraplanners and drive process and quality improvements.

About you

You’ll be a good fit for theSenior Paraplanner role if you have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in senior paraplanning, advice preparation or a similar financial planning role.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end advice process.
- Advanced XPLAN experience.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing SOAs and ROAs.
- Strong technical capability across superannuation, retirement planning, investments and cashflow modelling.
- Experience working with or managing offshore paraplanning resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and workflow technologies desirable
