As a Registered Nurse, you will: Provide excellent, person centred resident care Implement best practice nursing care according to the resident care plan and the Quality Standards Monitor the condition and health of residents and record their progress Lead a team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers and coordinate the completion of clinical care tasks and related clinical documentation. About you:



Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs Satisfactory background checks, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof Understanding of AN-ACC Aged Care funding modelis desired not mandatory Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards and Aged Care legislation is desired not mandatory.
