About us Hall of Harper is a unique luxury sexual wellness boutique in the heart of Surfers Paradise, as featured on Stan, and seen in Marie Claire, Vice, Style, Fashion Journal & Cosmopolitan. We’re busy and growing. We’re looking for a sales-driven leader to run our shop floor during peak trade and lead the team behind it.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll sell on the floor during our busiest hours while leading, coaching and backing a fun, close-knit & energetic team.

What you’ll own

Sales: lead the floor through our 2pm-10pm peak and drive the store to its monthly sales targets

Team performance: track daily and monthly KPIs, give feedback, and coach team members who are falling short

Training: onboard new starters and keep everyone’s product knowledge and selling skills sharp

Rostering support: keep shifts running smoothly by coordinating cover when team members are unavailable.

Customer experience: make every customer feel welcome and comfortable, whether they’re curious, shy or know exactly what they want

Culture: be the glue that keeps the team motivated, supported and having fun

The hours 4 × 8-hour shifts a week, 2pm-10pm

Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

What you’ll get

$31.11/hr base (Retail Award Level 6) plus evening and weekend penalties, about $1,150 a week plus super

Monthly sales bonus of up to $800, up to $9,600 a year

Quarterly sexology training to build your expertise in sexual wellness and product education

Quarterly sales training to sharpen your selling and leadership skills

A permanent role with a real say in how the store runs, and an owner who backs your ideas

You’ll need

At least 2 years of retail or hospitality sales experience working to targets or KPIs

Experience supervising, training or leading a team, such as a team leader, supervisor or 2IC

Availability Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 2pm-10pm

To be 18+ and comfortable talking openly and professionally about adult products

The ability to talk to people from all walks of life, all ages and all professions this is an interesting job and if you enjoy talking to people this is for you.

Experience in lingerie, beauty, wellness or specialty boutique retail
