10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business environments Robust CRM knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office applications, JIRA and SharePoint, with experience in BPMN 2.0 What's in it for you:
