people2people are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator to join a well-established global organisation specialising in electrical and power management solutions for an IMMEDIATE START.

Key responsibilities

Assembling small mechanical components and electrical panel parts

Following assembly instructions and standard operating procedures

Using basic hand tools and equipment where required

Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy

Packing and preparing assembled components

Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

About you

MUST HAVE previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or production environments

MUST BE immediately available - ASAP Start

Positive attention to detail,



particularly when handling small components

The ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately

A reliable, hardworking attitude and a strong work ethic

Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team

A forklift licence would be highly regarded but is not essential

$37 per hour + super

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime

Optional Saturday overtime, approximately twice per month

Casual assignment until 18 December 2026, with potential extension
