Clough, in a joint venture with Saipem, seeks an Injury Management Advisor to join the Perdaman team on a 19:9 site rotation. You will provide sound health and injury management advice to managers and coordinate rehabilitation for injured staff to meet legislative and safety commitments. Your role includes developing return-to-work plans, liaising with insurers and case managers, and maintaining confidential records. You will participate in claims reviews and deliver rehabilitation training.
