This is not your average strata portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing approximately 6 premium schemes, including luxury residential towers reaching 27 stories, prestigious apartment developments and sophisticated mixed‑use buildings. With high‑value residences, complex facilities and significant management fees, this portfolio is ideally suited to an experienced Senior Strata Manager who enjoys working with premium assets and delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include: Managing an exclusive portfolio of prestige residential and mixed‑use strata schemes Developing strong relationships with owners corporations, executive committees and key stakeholders Providing expert advice on complex strata matters, legislation and compliance Chairing AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings Overseeing building maintenance, capital works, contractors and consultants Working closely with the dedicated Building Manager to ensure seamless building operations Managing budgets, levies and financial performance Conducting onsite inspections and providing proactive recommendations Handling complex stakeholder negotiations and delivering exceptional client service Ensuring the portfolio is managed to the highest professional standards An Exceptional
