ClearHire is looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager to support our recruiter and build a pipeline of candidates for civil construction projects across Adelaide.
The role Source candidates through job boards, our database, social media and referrals. Phone-screen candidates for experience, availability and suitability. Recruit excavator operators, plant operators and civil labourers. Check tickets and licences, coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding. Keep candidate records up to date in JobAdder.
About you Previous recruitment or candidate sourcing experience. Civil construction or blue-collar recruitment experience preferred. Confident on the phone, organised and quick to follow up. Comfortable working independently from home.
Initially 16 hours per week , with the chance to increase hours as demand grows.
