Auburn location 8:00am – 4:00pm (Monday to Friday) $36.50 per hour + penalties + super

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and remotely. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service at all times. What you will be doing

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently

Managing customer emails and providing accurate information and timely follow-ups

Serving customers face-to-face at the branch, processing orders and handling general enquiries

Assisting with basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer service

Occasionally picking up small items from the warehouse for customers or internal use





Working closely with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What you need

Proven customer service experience is essential

Experience in HVAC or a similar industry is highly regarded

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Comfortable using computers and basic office systems

Pre-Employment Requirement

Successful candidates will be required to complete a PI (Personal Behaviour) Test online prior to commencing
