Available Positions Ambient Order Pickers
$35.54 per hour
Room-temperature environment
Enclosed warehouse/shed
5:00am starts
(occasionally 4:0am)
Finish approximately
1:00pm
Potential overtime available
Roster Details
Rotating roster
9 days per fortnight
1 weekend on / 1 weekend off
Roster will generally follow a pattern such as:
Week 1: Monday – Wednesday + weekend
Week 2: Wednesday – Sunday
Flexibility to work the allocated rotating roster is essential
About the Role As an Order Picker, you will work within ALDI's distribution operation preparing stock for stores across the region.
You'll use
Voice Pick technology and EPJ equipment
to accurately pick and prepare grocery products for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Picking grocery products using
Voice Pick systems
Operating
EPJ equipment
Accurately picking stock according to store requirements
Building and preparing pallets for dispatch
Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse
Working within Ambient, Fridge and/or Freezer environments
Maintaining productivity and accuracy targets
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Keeping work areas clean and organised
What We're Looking For
Previous
warehouse, order picking or pick packing experience
highly regarded
Voice Pick experience highly regarded
EPJ experience highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual handling
