LEAP is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to own the learning agenda, set strategy, build the roadmap, and deliver a cohesive L&D; function across leadership, compliance, onboarding and product training. You will report to the Chief People Officer and decide when to design in-house or bring in external experts. You will lead the LMS implementation, partner with internal teams, and measure impact to drive scalable solutions within budget. A fast-moving tech setting awaits.
