Zurich is launching its General Insurance Underwriting Apprenticeship Program for 2026. You’ll be guided from day one by experienced Assistant Underwriters who coach you through the fundamentals of Underwriting Services and help you build confidence to support broker partners. You’ll rotate across the wider underwriting team, gaining exposure to different lines of General Insurance Zurich offers and building practical skills to begin your journey as a trainee underwriter with a solid foundation
