About the Business Our client is an established 40 years builder, highly respected and specialising in new home builds across QLD and NSW. Backed by continued growth and a strong pipeline, the business is entering an exciting next phase.

About the Position Due to growth, a position has been created for an experienced Draftsperson to join the team in a broad role

Responsibilities

Prepare sitings, floor plans, elevations and sales plans

Preparing full working drawings through construction phase

Review custom and complex jobs

Assist with new designs and master plans





The successful candidate Our ideal candidate will be a highly experienced residential draftsperson and will be able to demonstrate the following:

Minimum 4 years residential drafting experience

Custom build experience highly regarded

NSW experience advantageous

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Fantastic working hours including 1pm finishes on a Friday and 2-3pm finishes avialalbe on other days

Monday - Friday position - no heavy workload or overtime
