Northern Eye Consultants in Melbourne's Bundoora area is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a full-time role. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients on arrival, handling enquiries and coordinating appointments in a busy specialist clinic. You will liaise with patients, process payments and reconciliations, and support practice efficiency through team meetings. Experience with Genie software is desirable, and a friendly, adaptable approach is valued in our supportive environment.
