We're Heidi.
We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties.
Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world's capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart.
We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.
We've grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years.
To go further, we've secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund.

The role
As a Clinical Associate, you'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and clinical operations — helping shape how clinicians experience Heidi while informing how we deliver, position and evolve our platform. We have a nine-month ramping period that will see you grow in skills and experience and work across multiple teams.
What you'll do
Phase I (Months 1-3)
- Offer peer-to-peer onboarding support to current clinician users, providing practical,
clinician-to-clinician guidance on using Heidi in real workflows (e.g., product features, patient consent processes, optimal clinical setup). This is not a sales role.
- Collect and synthesise new-user insights, transforming qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, Lifecycle, GTM, and Product Marketing teams.
- Provide clinical expertise across the GTM function, supporting customer conversations, validating clinical claims and strengthening commercial materials with credible medical input.
- Support onboarding and scaling of enterprise accounts with our Customer Success Team.
Phase 2 (Months 4-6)
- Contribute to clinical product development and validation, helping ensure clinical accuracy, safety, and usability.
- Provide support for individual users optimising Heidi II, our agentic platform and providing clinical product feedback to our team.
- Support miscellaneous clinical initiatives such as research activities, presentations, pilot program support, strategic advisory input, or clinical content review.
Phase 3 (Months 7-9)
- Support Enterprise customers building and optimising agentic workflows (Heidi II).
- Embed within Customer Success teams during roll outs in specific hospitals and health networks assisting with training and change management.
- Support Clinical Product team with evaluations of agentic functions pre and post release.
- Inform Customer Success and Product strategy among key specialty verticals.
- Train new clinical associates in phase 1 & 2 as described above.
- Participate in periodic internal strategy discussions and provide timely feedback aligned with the collaborative expectations seen in contractor working arrangements.
What you'll need
- Current registration as a medical practitioner, dentist, or allied health skilled with Ahpra (required). Medical registration preferred.
- Clinical experience with the ability to credibly support peers and speak to real-world clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with Heidi's platform or strong enthusiasm to learn it deeply (highly preferred).
- Comfort navigating customer engagement, messaging refinement and clinical support functions (clinical insight generation & reporting, safety considerations, clinician-centric design).
- Excellent communication skills, especially in clinician-to-clinician support contexts.
- Ability to work part-time with flexible hours that fit around existing clinical practice.
- A mindset aligned with Heidi's operating principles: building safely, owning your practice, moving fast but staying steady, and making others better.
How we show up
- Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.
- Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.
- Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objec
