Job Description

PLS is seeking a Drill Supervisor for our Pilgangoora Operation in Western Australia. Reporting to the Drill & Blast Superintendent, you will provide on-site leadership of the drilling team, coordinate contractors, and ensure secure, timely drilling to meet weekly and monthly plans.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage equipment maintenance, support the blasting team, and uphold safety standards while delivering production targets on an 8/6 dayshift and 7/7 nightshift roster.
