Silverchain is seeking a Registered Nurse for community work in Carnarvon on a full time basis, covering travel across Carnarvon and nearby areas. You will provide wound and catheter care and support chronic disease management as part of a patient-centered care team.

Applicants must have current AHPRA registration with no notations and a WWCC, plus a full Australian driver's licence. We welcome experienced Enrolled Nurses to apply.
