Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioner for a fixed-term, full time outreach role based in Ceduna. You will provide person-centred support in homes and community settings to help people experiencing mental health challenges achieve recovery goals and build independence, with travel throughout the region using a fleet vehicle.
