Job Description

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Step-Up Coordinator in the Pakenham area for a permanent part time role offering 27.5 hours per week. You will move from Educator to a leadership position, mentoring staff and overseeing service operations.

This role provides growth opportunities with regional support and a strong emphasis on safety and community partnerships. You will lead a team of Educators, manage rosters, ensure program quality, and strengthen connections with families and schools
