The Mercy Health Group's Werribee Mercy Hospital invites applications for Clinical Nurse Manager – Quality & Risk in the Emergency Department. You'll lead governance, quality improvement, patient safety and incident management within a growing ED expansion.

You will work with nursing, medical and multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements, accreditation readiness and NSQHS compliance, while building staff capability and promoting psychological safety in reporting.
