Elevate Recruitment is assisting a leading adventure travel company to appoint a Business Development Manager in Sydney with flexible work options. You will nurture agent relationships, train partners and drive growth across NSW with occasional travel to Canberra, Newcastle, Orange and Dubbo.

You will report to the Head Of Sales, develop current agency partnerships, and lead training initiatives while delivering strong sales performance and customer-focused outcomes.
