The Commitment

This is a full-time position, working across the cinema operating week on a set rotational roster, including days, nights and weekends.





Our busiest periods are also our most exciting and rewarding. Availability throughout our upcoming peak trading season, from late November through to late January, is essential and non-negotiable.

We're looking for someone who understands the commitment that comes with leading a busy hospitality operation and is excited to be part of the action when it matters most.

- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the Gold Class lounge, bar and service areas.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and service readiness.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, equipment checks, audits and compliance requirements.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol standards.
- Oversee stock management, ordering, deliveries and inventory controls.
- Support the successful execution of events, premieres, promotions and special experiences.
- Identify problems early, take initiative and drive practical solutions.
