My Guardian is seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager to lead our paid search, Meta, and other paid campaigns in Australia. You will own end-to-end execution, optimization, and daily health of the paid channels, translating user behaviour into performance gains.

You will report to the Head of Digital and work hands-on across budgets, bidding, audits, and reporting, delivering explicit ROAS improvements and data-driven recommendations.
