Compass Group Pty Limited is hiring a Safety Advisor to work Fly-In/Fly-Out from Perth, with rosters such as 8/6 and 2/1, on 10–12 hour shifts. You will provide specialist advice to ensure compliance with the QHSEMS, lead risk assessments, and drive safety improvements on site.

You will conduct audits, support Return to Work processes, and lead incident investigations while liaising with site teams to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.
