Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for a fixed-term remote role across Australia. You will own Australian payroll delivery, navigate complex matters like Enterprise Agreements and Contemporary Awards, and support the transition to a shared services model.

Prior experience in Australian payroll, entitlements, reconciliations and stakeholder management is essential. Training may require occasional attendance at a Truganina site for onboarding.
