Opal HealthCare is seeking compassionate Pathway Carers to join our regional NSW communities. This entry pathway into aged care offers hands-on training, structured learning, and a explicit career path supporting older Australians.

No previous aged care experience is required; training is provided through the Opal HealthCare Academy. Duties include assisting residents with daily living, building social connections, and working with a clinical team toward a Certificate III.
