The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is seeking a Customer & Network Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team overseeing customer and network readiness activities for the introduction of current infrastructure and network changes. You will coordinate across agencies, manage governance and provide strategic oversight of major milestones as passenger services transition.

The role is fixed-term until 30 March 2029, based in Brisbane, with responsibilities spanning station openings, timetable
